Applicants must complete the Miss Supernatural entry application in its entirety. Applicant may click white tab below to download the PDF Document or scroll down and fill out the online application below.
 
- Submit the Entry Application electronically below or by download PDF Application, print and fill it out, then email, mail or drop it off with payment (if applicable) to Ms. T at 27 NW 3rd Ave, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.
 

- Contestants will also be required to purchase at least one (1) full-page Magazine Ad at the cost of $150.  The ad can either be for a contestant or from a business, or a combination of both, etc.  

 

- Contestants are required to electronically submit a professional headshot via email ONLY . No physical photos will be accepted. All headshots must have a plain white background and should be of good resolution and clarity. Photo shots of physical pictures will not be accepted.  It must be attached to your e-mail as either a BMP, JPEG, or PNG file.

- Applicants must also pay their $50 entry fee in full and meet all requirements together with their application in order to be considered as a fully registered delegate. (Entry fee is for a limited time and will increase in the near future).
